Our empanadas are pre-cooked and arrive frozen. They are vacuum sealed and you can keep it for 3 months in the freezer or in the fridge for 5 days. 

Heating Instructions: preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Place them on a baking tray (optional: you can brush empanadas with egg wash). Heat them for 10 minutes (if defrosted) or 15 minutes maximum (if frozen).
