Do you make your empanadas fresh?
Yes, all our empanadas are freshly handmade in small batches using authentic Argentinian recipes and high-quality ingredients.
Are your empanadas baked or fried?
Our empanadas are typically baked for a crisp, golden finish — though we sometimes offer fried varieties for special events or by request.
Can I freeze and reheat the empanadas?
Yes! Our empanadas freeze beautifully. To enjoy them later, simply freeze upon delivery and reheat in the oven for 9 minutes (if defrosted) or 14 minutes maximum (if frozen) at 200 degrees. Previously preheat the oven for ten minutes at 180 degrees. We recommend to use baking paper when you put the empanadas in the tray.
How long do empanadas last?
Fresh empanadas can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days, or frozen for up to 3 months.
