Our story

Aconcagua Kitchen was born from something simple: our love of bringing people together. Back home in Argentina, we gathered with friends to share laughter, long conversations, great food and good wine. At the heart of it all was the asado. Cooking over fire has always meant more than just food to us, it is about the experience, the ritual and the connection.

WHERE IT ALL STARTED
What began with traditional Argentine barbecues slowly evolved. We started experimenting, adding new dishes and expanding our table while staying true to our roots. Those early gatherings in Argentina became the foundation of what Aconcagua Kitchen is today, shaped by family recipes passed down through generations.

FROM ARGENTINA TO THE UK
After moving to the United Kingdom in 2022, the journey continued in professional kitchens. Starting as a grill chef in Wimbledon and working across different restaurants, we learned, grew and adapted to a new culinary culture. But one idea never left us: to create a brand that brings the true flavours of Argentina into the British food scene.

WHY WE DO THIS
Because Argentina is not only steak. Our cuisine goes far beyond the grill, from empanadas and slow cooked stews to homemade sauces and regional flavours. Aconcagua Kitchen exists to share that depth and diversity, preserving our heritage while building something meaningful in the UK and bringing people together through food.
